VEM's New Motor Advantage

Did you know that many brand new motors do not meet EASA standards for critical tolerances? If, for example, the motor you purchase has excessive shaft runout, it will add strain on bearings and on your motor driven equipment, which will inevitably lead to shorter equipment life and higher maintenance costs.

To help minimize your downstream costs, we perform the following tests at no additional charge on every motor 10HP and above that we sell:

  • Visual and noise inspection

  • Shaft and coupling runout

  • Motor face runout

  • Vibration analysis

  • Current draw

So when you purchase a motor from VEM, you can be assured that you are getting maximum value from your investment, now and into the future.
